Any business supplying food within New Zealand must comply with a complex range of important requirements regarding food health and safety. These requirements are to identify and create awareness of any potential hazards for the consumer. It may be in relation to preparation, production, manufacture, packaging, storage, handling, transport or distribution of any food type.

We employ a highly-qualified and multi-skilled technical and administration team of professionals. Custom Food Control Plan

A Food Control Plan is a comprehensive plan for managing food safely. A Custom FCP is a plan you develop to suit your business. In the plan you need to identify the safety risks involved with what you do, and show how you will manage them.

Template Food Control Plan

A Template Food Control Plan is suitable for businesses that prepare, make or sell food - such as restaurants, takeaways or off-site caterers. Other businesses can include butchers, fishmongers, delicatessen or retail bakeries.

National Programme Level 1, 2 & 3

Lower and medium risk businesses follow a National Programme. This means they don’t use written food control plans, but register the business, meet food safety standards and keep some records. They are required to meet food safety standards by adhering to National Programme guidance.
