We advise that you read our Verification Report and Checklist. If you do not have one of these yet, please do not hesitate to request one from us. The report and checklist are the main tools for when the verifier is on site. We like to see you operating your business too!

Corrective Actions are key
If you have an unacceptable outcome there is always a chance to correct what may have gone wrong. We call these 'Corrective Actions'. The verifier will list these on the report and you will both agree on an acceptable close out date. An unacceptable outcome may also change the frequency of your next verification.

Do I still get a Certificate?
Of course! Once the verifier accepts your corrective actions (CARs) and your account is settled, then we will issue you a certificate. You can display this in a prominent place.

Rural? Not always Operating?
We cover all of New Zealand with key staff based in Christchurch, Otago, South Canterbury and Auckland. If you are a seasonal operator just let us know. We are happy to work with your timeframes.

A service initiation form will be provided to you prior to the Verification with an agreed estimated cost. The Verification report will be sent along with the invoice. When this has been paid, we will then be able to issue you with your certificate.

CARs follow-up may incur an additional charge.
